Prepare your proposal for a joint EIASM Workshop/Conference

EIASM is always eager to collaborate closely with members of its network. This could be through the co-organization of an EIASM Workshop/Conference. Our Workshops/Conferences are 2 (exceptionally 3) day events, intended to bring together a group of researchers actively engaged or interested in the research on a well-defined topic. In order to communicate your ideas in a fast and effective way, please follow the procedure outlined below.

All information provided in this proposal will be kept strictly confidential.

We need a comprehensive and detailed proposal that can be reviewed by the EIASM Scientific Committee. We therefore ask you to take a closer look at the list of information required below. Please do use the templates. Make sure you keep the original file name and format (i.e. Word (doc) for text-based info and Excel (xls) for spreadsheat-based info) when using/saving the templates! The maximum file size is restricted to 500 Kb.

After you have completed the appropriate templates, please re-visit this page and upload (see bottom of this page: submit your proposal) the basic information together with the two required documents.
