PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

The seminar has two aims:

1.   To provide a forum for doctoral students in project management from Europe and around the world, where they can share experiences in studying project management, exchanging information on:

research and theoretical paradigms appropriate for project management
research methodologies appropriate for research in project management
literature on project management to inform their studies

2.   To explore with doctoral students new directions and new approaches for research in the field of project .management.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Interested doctoral students should register by sending the application files to Helene Borelle, helene.borelle@skema.edu no later than June 30, 2019. Besides doctoral students, other researchers may participate. The number of participants will be limited to create a stimulating environment. The selection among the applicants will be conducted by the Institute’s Faculty. They will review the following documents which should necessarily complement each application form:

  • the applicant’s curriculum vitae demonstrating his/her capabilities of doing research ;
  • a letter of recommendation of his/her local faculty supporting the application ;
  • a two-page description of his/her doctoral research, indicating the general objectives.

REGISTRATION FEES

The fee structure  is as follows:

No charge:       SKEMA students, Alumni and Faculty

150€                 Students (early bird rate - if registration is done before 30th June 2019)

200€                 Students 

300€                 Standard (early bird rate - if registration is done before 30th June 2019)

350€                 Standard rate  

This fee includes participation to the seminar, access to the documents made available by presenters, refreshments and lunch during the day. 1 seminar dinner included in the fee.

Cancellations made before July 30, 2019 will be reimbursed with 10% deduction of the total fee. No reimbursement will be possible after this date.

Attendees have to cover their own accommodation and travel expenses.
