To create a forum for academic exchange of empirical qualitative or quantitative research in the area of strategic human resource management . Research in all stages (dissertation proposals, research in progress, and completed research) is welcomed.
The first workshop on Strategic Human Resource Management took place in 1985.
Since then, Research and Education in HRM has developed a lot.
A specific focus of this 26th Workshop will deal with Strategic HRM in the post crisis world.
We invite papers that explore Strategic HRM issues from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
