This workshop presents a unique global forum for academic exchange of qualitative and quantitative research in the areas of International Corporate Governance, Strategic Direction and Control of Private, State-Owned Companies as well as Not for Profit Organizations, HR Governance, Responsible Board Leadership and Digital Governance. Research in all stages (PhD thesis, research in progress, and completed research) is welcomed. A selection of the best papers will be fast-tracked for submission to an academic journal. This 21st Research Workshop will address the following topics:

Including Data Governance, Responsible Technology, AI Governance
