It is over twenty years since Len Berry first introduced the idea of Relationship Marketing in his ground breaking paper to the AMA conference in 1983. Significant developments have taken place since then in how we define Relationship Marketing and its role in what is now termed the "service dominant logic". For this reason we thought that it would be appropriate if we took "New Directions" as the theme for the 2006 Relationship Marketing Workshop.

TIMING :

The Workshop will start at 9 am on November 7 and will end around 4pm on the following day.

LOCATION :

The whole workshop will take place in the Hotel Métropole in which the  EIASM premises are located (Place De Brouckère-plein 31, 1000 Brussels).
